Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all orders via Australia Post with full tracking. Every order receives a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Processing & Dispatch
- • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
- • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched.
- • Pre-order items will be shipped when the product is officially released and arrives in our warehouse.
Packaging & Protection
We understand how important it is that your products arrive in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packed with:
- • Bubble wrap protection for all sealed products
- • Sturdy cardboard boxes sized appropriately for each order
- • Top loaders and team bags for single card orders
- • Fragile stickers applied where necessary
Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or other carriers. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
International Shipping
